We understand that Will Writing can be a sensitive subject area for many and like to take the time to explain all of your options in detail to make sure you end up with a solution that full meets your needs.

When you book an appointment one of our fully trained consultants come out to visit you in your home or place of work at a time to suit you. 

Your first consultation is free of charge and at the end of this consultation we will be able to offer a fixed price for any work we undertake.  

During this initial consultation we will seek to understand your wishes. We will then explain the various ways you could use wills, trusts and enduring powers of attorney to achieve these wishes.

After we have documented your wishes we then go away and produce your various documents. When these are complete we will send out draft documents to make sure you are entirely happy.

We will then arrange a return visit to supervise the signing of your documents.  We always supervise signing of documents as if they are not correctly signed and witnessed they are not valid. A surprising number of people go tot he trouble of getting wills produced and either do not sign them or do not get them signed an witnessed correctly. If this were to happen the wills could not be valid, we therefore consider supervising the signing a key part of our overall service to you.
