Living Will / Advance Directive

If you were seriously ill and could not communicate your wishes to your medical team would you want to burden your next of kin with making decisions about your on going treatment?

Living Will or Advance Directive as it is sometimes know allows you to informs medical staff how you wish to be treated should you no longer be able to communicate your wishes to team. With a Living Will or Advanced Directive you decide what happens if you are seriously ill with little chance of recovery.

Document Storage

If you make a Will it is essential that it is stored securely rather than left in a draw where it could be destroyed or damaged by fire, flood. Worse still, it could be stolen.

According to Channel 4 Money (10/11/2005) over half the people who die each year die in testate. This means they either didn't have a valid Will or no-one could find it.

Last year alone the treasury collected £15 million in unclaimed inheritances.

We will store your will safely for a fixed yearly fee and provide you with a copy. We also offer you a courtesy 5 yearly review of your Will completely free of charge.

Registration of Will on National Wills Database

We can register your will on the United Kingdom Professional Will Registry. This registry aims to provide the only national database produced solely by professionals, detailing the whereabouts of important family documents including Wills, Power of Attorneys and Property deeds.

Uk Will RegisterThe Registry is designed to promote professional and ethical practice by only allowing Professional Registered Practitioners such as Solicitors, Regulated Will Writers and Financial Advisers to register the information. It is our belief that only a professionally created Will provides the public and their beneficiaries with the peace of mind of knowing that in the fullness of time their Last Will & Testament will be upheld.

The Registry does not store your Last Wills & Testaments or any other relevant legal documents, nor does it record details of beneficiaries or the contents of your Will. Its sole purpose is to record the existence and location of all your important documents.

To ensure peace of mind why not have our consultants come and visit you in the comfort of your home for a free consultation.
